SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with
the purchase/performance of the product(s), you are entitled to a full
refund on the product(s). In order to obtain a refund, the following
instructions must be followed: (1) if the product(s) has not been used,
you must return the product(s) to Immune Enhance Inc. within 30 days
of the original purchase date with paid postage and invoice, together
with a short note stating "what" is
being shipped back, and "why" it is being returned; or (2)
if the product(s) has been used, you must return the unused portion (at
least 50%) of the product(s) in its original container with paid postage
and invoice to Immune Enhance Inc. within 30 days of the purchase date,
together with a letter indicating the procedure followed during product
use, the end results of using the product, and "why" you are
dissatisfied with the product's performance. Upon receipt of these, a
full refund of the purchase price will be immediately made to the purchaser
and our Quality Control Department, as part of our continuous quality
improvement program to insure complete customer satisfaction, will promptly
review your feedback.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International rates will be calculated based on destination. Please
contact us for a quote on international
shipments prior to placing your order.
Please be advised that ImmuneEnhance
is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery
fees applied to international shipments. We are not liable for packages
refused or held for delivery. You may want to contact your customs office
regarding import regulations being placed on "vitamin supplements,
natural herbal supplements or nutritional supplements."
